The first 3 months of my work at Kyndryl was a time to get accustomed to the place atmosphere, to learn the process and understand my tasks to be done, which made me understand about how an organization works. I worked for 10 months at the same time that increased my confidence, and understood the process well, which taught me to cope with pressure and other responsibilities. I could confidently work and help my colleagues too when in need of help. My short term goal is to achieve experience in this field.
