Current• Providing user support and helping to resolve their technical issues• Microsoft 365 Administration and Active Directory user creation/modification• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems including ERP issues with Microsoft Dynamics Nav• Installing and configuring software and hardware• Documenting procedures, and issues for future reference with internal ticketing system• Testing and evaluating new technology for possible implementation• Communicating technical details to non-technical staff or clients• Coordinating with vendors for the repair of system issues• Gathering and updating information from external vendors into internal data sources• Assisting with EDI implementation and troubleshooting errors through data analysis
