I started my career at GEM software solution worked in accounts payable. Then shifts my job to RR Donnelley for a better role. I worked in invoice processing and employee reimbursement invoices, vendor master team and AP reconciliation process. Then joined Amec Foster Global Business Service as shared service a Payable analyst. Now looking for a better role to play with the knowledge I learned through these years.Accounts Payable Handling Vendor for UK & US, Ireland, Netherland and Poland (Krakow), invoices processing like PO (Stock & Non-Stock), Non-PO, Employee Expenses, Credit notes and PBC. 2 (Two) and 3 (Three) ways matching of invoices. Preparation of Vendor Reconciliation Statement Month end GRNI Report. Handling weekly and monthly query report & open PO report and other activities. PO Creation for Hungary and Netherland and PO Cancellation. Intercompany transactions, i.e. making NIL balances between group companies in the month ends. Chase buyer or vendor to clear the old dated queries (aging wise) opens workflow items, through calls and emails and payments details. Payable Analyst Handling Employee Reimbursement for Singapore with GST and UK & US Entities Handle Employee APTR and A-10 report with Time card sheet. Assist in establishing and maintaining policies and procedures for Expense team. Support the Executive Director & Manager with ad-hoc reporting request for senior management. Assist in establishing and maintaining policies and procedures for Expense team.Accounts Receivable Handling billing Catalog, Magazine and Freight invoices to the customer. Receiving various documents (Press ticket, paper consumption, etc.) from the billing application to bill Catalog and Magazine. Once the job is billed sent for the CSR approval in a timely manner. Coordinating with the plant supervisor to know about the status of each job to be billed.
