I am the Co-Founder and Team Lead of Mindfulness Hub Indonesia, Indonesia's first mindfulness training consultancy listed as one of the seven mindfulness training centers in Asia on Jon Kabat-Zinn's (the Founding father of Modern Mindfulness) website. In addition, I am an internationally certified mindfulness teacher and a professional corporate trainer with extensive experience in modern science-based mindfulness, contemplative meditation practice, and corporate background. Due to my strong corporate background, my focus is to introduce mindfulness to corporations in Indonesia.With my background as Indonesia’s first Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) teacher certified by Oxford University, I help people train their minds and regulate their emotions through various mindfulness-based intervention training including MBCT, the world-renown mindfulness training, to address stress, low mood, insomnia, relapse depression, anxiety, eating disorder, ADHD, bipolar, etc. Furthermore, I am also a senior Zen meditation trainer with 20,000 hours of formal meditation practice providing me with rich insights that enable me to effectively explore the complexity of the human mind beyond the conceptual level in my mindfulness training sessions. In addition, I am a certified Iyengar yoga teacher as well as a Chanoyu (Japanese tea ceremony) practitioner from the Urasenke tradition.As a seasoned communications specialist with 30 years of experience, I have coached and trained hundreds of C-suite and senior-level executives from a broad range of clients that include multinational corporations listed in the Global Fortune 500, Indonesian industry leaders, the Government of Indonesia, NGOs, and multilateral organizations.
