From this 3 months internship experience i have gained lots of knowledge on HR operational activities and worked on Compensation and benefits, Employee Engagement, Employee Retention, Rewards and Recognitions, updating employees details in the HRIS

This internship has helped me gain knowledge and experience on Recruitment activities. Starting from sourcing for the right candidates, telephonic and one-on-one interviews, coordinating with the hiring managers and the panel members for interviews, scheduling interviews, coordinate with the candidates throughout the interview and processes till Onboarding.
