Responsibilities: - Analyzing and checking purchasing activities in each department.- Verifying invoices from vendors and match it with the receiving report.- Make payments to each vendor in accordance with the approval by the chief accounting officer.- Receive all cash proceeds from the sales of hotel outlets.- Depositing cash sales proceeds to the company’s bank.- Paying all bills for the operational activities of each department and issuing cash out receipts for each transaction.- Cash Opname- Ensure that accounting journal data is inputted into the company's system without missing anything.

Responsibilities:- Calculating and evaluating outlet's daily revenue.- Coordinating the sales person in term to control company's Account Receivable.- Controlling company's Account Payable.- Paying the due date bill to the vendors.- Recording daily income and expenditure transaction.- Making and reporting Company's Financial Statement.

Responsibilities:- Receiving goods from the suppliers according to Daily Market List.- Checking the goods quantity and quality.- Recording goods receiving transaction to the computer’s system. - Make sure the goods immediately distributed to the department concerned.- Preparing and reporting Receiving Report to Cost Control Section.- Checking the goods expired date.- Recording goods mutation in bin card.- Invoice controlling.
