Having been an HR, I have got a good opportunity to implement my learnings at work place "Amazon".Everyone says being an HR is so easy, but I would say it takes a lot of commitment, ethical values, respect others privacy..I would say no one can be an HR if you do not have all the above said aspects in you by nature.HR job is directly correlated to our character, that defines all about a professional HR. I would say and take HR by not Human resources, but by Human relations, cause you can not manage the resources if you do not have a professional relationship with employees..By that means, I thank my company and team which is letting me follow my way and implement these good practices
