My career journey began as an Operations- Associate at Sutherland Global Services, where I handled voice and chat processes for Amazon IN and US sites, demonstrated my commitment to delivering exceptional service.Subsequently, I transitioned to RiseOTB, where I initially served as a Senior Associate and was later promoted to a Team Lead role, to Managerial role. Over two and a half years, I successfully managed teams and had the opportunity to train new team members. In this role, we supported Walmart partner processes, and my responsibilities included analyzing team performance, maintaining high-quality standards in case handling, training team members and achieving metrics consistently.All my works provided me with valuable skills and experiences. My leadership abilities, effective communication, data-driven decision-making, and attention to detail align well with the demands of data science.
