Execute operational procedures such as drafting employment contracts, addenda, termination documents, and monitoring/proceeding with probation periods;• Administer termination processes and manage the complete offboarding process;• Collaborate closely with the payroll team to verify the accuracy of transferred data;• Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to execute global and regional processes effectively;• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee record data in Workday, HR reports, and conduct sanity checks;• Manage internal/local tools and benefits administration, maintain updated employee records/files, and ensure document accuracy (audit employment contracts, addenda, personal documents, etc.);• Collaborate with business leaders and managers to address business and operational challenges;• Proactively identify gaps, propose, and implement necessary changes to mitigate risks;• Responsible for the entire talent management cycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, and offboarding;• Implement and uphold local HR policies and procedures promptly;• Conduct annual performance reviews, manage ongoing performance, and handle grievances;• Develop and implement local policies and procedures in accordance with CSC’s global standards, ensuring compliance;• Conduct regular employee communication sessions to engage staff and raise awareness of current and updated employee benefits;
