As a Software Engineer and Data Science Intern I developed and deployed AI solutions such as AI Chatbot and extracted, cleaned data from various sources of Data using NLP and machine learning technics. At Hatch Works AI, I developed a sophisticated chatbot for user queries using Python and JSON files. Leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning, and neural networks, I enhanced the bot's conversational abilities. The project involved defining clear objectives, designing conversation flows with intents and entities, and selecting the appropriate technology stack. I implemented backend logic, frontend UI, and integrated NLP tools such as tokenization and named entity recognition. I gathered and processed training data, fine-tuned machine learning models using supervised learning, and conducted rigorous internal and beta testing. Post-deployment, I integrated the chatbot with messaging platforms, monitored performance metrics, and utilized analytics for continuous improvement and optimization. I assisted in building, training, and fine-tuning machine learning models with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
