As the CEO of Vichayan- Education & Research Community, I am passionate about creating opportunities and impact for young learners and researchers. Vichayan is a platform that connects students, educators, and experts to share knowledge, insights, and resources on various topics and domains. We aim to foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and collaboration among our community members, and to support them in achieving their academic and professional goals.I am also the founder and CEO of Tanumanasa Servive Pvt. Ltd, a company that provides guidance and placement services for youngsters who aspire to pursue their dream careers. With the help of my team of experts, we have designed and delivered exclusive internship programs that offer exposure, skills, and mentorship to our clients. Additionally, I have been serving as the Deputy Regional Director at Odisha Institute Of Banking, Finance and Entrepreneurship Development since March 2022, where I oversee the operations and partnerships of the institute. My core competencies include new business development, conference speaking, and entrepreneurial organizations.I have a strong educational background in commerce and geology, with a Bachelor of Science degree from North Orissa University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Manipal University Jaipur, which I expect to complete in May 2025. I also hold multiple certifications in business management, Amazon Web Services, and youth leadership. Apart from my professional and academic pursuits, I enjoy travel, social reform activities, story writing, and research. I am fluent in English, Odia, and Hindi.
