I am directly involved in everything from employee hiring, scheduling and development to all major store purchases. I have played a major role in taking an unremarkable store to the top ranking store in the Deli Championship Series standings. My store has also been the top ranking store in Deli Club Enterprises, the mother company of all Tampa Jason's Deli, for the entirety of my employment. These rankings are based on overall customer satisfaction feedback reports, store cleanliness, safety, corporate facility audits and positive sales growth over previous year.
