On a serious note, my primary priorities are now split inside out. On the inside I am responsible for the weekly Digital Vaccine updates to the TippingPoint Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) product, having a great team makes my life easier here. On the outside I make sure all the security needs/concerns/questions of the customers are taken care of in a timely manner, understanding their needs and incorporating them into the signature database and helping them understand how to best use what our product already offers. I co-ordinate efforts in representing DVLabs at technical conferences such as Black Hat and HP Protect, sometimes personally running the demonstrations at the booth for current and potential customers.Responsible for helping senior management co-ordinate and achieve 3rd party certifications, proof of concept proposals for the sales team, providing statistical data relevant to vulnerabilities to partners working with us. And there is never a dull day !!
