 Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Understand the Job description carefully and make a detail research on the competitors and the companies having similar kind of manpower.  Search for prospective candidates on the web through various job portals, employee referrals, Social Networking sites, Headhunting and own databank. Interacting with the candidates and explaining in detail about the opportunity available. Initial Screening of the candidate technically and from the HR aspect with the data available on Professional and personal front.  Responsible for Lining up the candidates for the Interview and co-ordinate with the clients/business head for the same.  Follow ups and Salary negotiations.  Frequent follow ups with the consultant once the offer is released and ensuring on the availability of the consultant in the right time.  Coordinating with Business Development Managers/Clients for new requirements, Feedbacks, Interview Schedules. Preparing offer and appointment letters after selection of the candidates; maintaining Employee Data base and updating the same from time to time Responsible for the completion of all the joining formalities entailing collection and verification of certificates, Taking identity and address proofs, issuing appointment and agreement letters, ID cards, Business cards, ensure in filling up bank details and closing the joining formalities. Maintaining a thorough Database of Technology wise to minimize the turnaround time for the submittal.  Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports, maintain database of all the consultants for future use.
