- Responsible for development and implementation of HR activities- Key responsibilities include driving retention initiatives within the business unit- Implementation of Corporate HR initiatives - Ensuring understanding & adherence to HR policies- Manage end-to-end recruitment procedure from advertising to appointment, including advising on selection criteria and structure- Provide an employee relations service to the company, including negotiating with employee representatives on HR issues, to ensure that harmonious relationships and effective communications are maintained between management and staff
