As a graduate research assistant i am working on the project with title "Fluorinated methacrylamide chitosan improves wound healing cellular functions-invitro studies.The underlying problem with non healing chronic wounds is the low tissue oxygen level and PFC's can work as oxygen carriers.So,here in our lab we have a PFCs incorporated chitosan which can store oxygen and supply it to necessary places like chronic wounds.Here i am working on especially human dermal fibroblasts and human epidermal keratinocytes and finding the effect of fluorinated methacrylamide chitosan on these cellular functions such as migration,proliferation,ATP synthesis ,viability and protein synthesis by using respective biomolecular assays and optical microscopy imaging techniques.

In TATA projects(Engineering ,procurement and construction company) i worked as a graduate engineer trainee.In first 2 months we were given training classes along with site visits.In these training classes they told as about the scope of work they does and detailed explanation of their all strategic business units.In these site visits we had real time experience working with thermal power plants,steel plants and oil and gas companies.Then after the successful completion of training i worked as a proposal engineer in Water and waste water treatment department.As a proposal engineer my tasks were to design and cost estimation of water treatment plants for Thermal power plants and oil & gas industries.This job gave me an exciting experience in terms of industrial visits and through problem understanding and finding the solution in water and waste water treatment designing.
