Real Time Training in “MEP- Design and Drafting” Location : HyderabadDesigning Work Ability – Mechanical:Heat load calculation after building survey using CARRIER and ASHRAE standards by manuals and by latest HVAC software.Calculation of blower CFM, air distribution duct design following SMACNA and DW142 duct design codes, selection of diffusers, grilles G.I sheet etc. (McQuay Software).To prepare the selection of machines like FCU’s, AHU’s, Chillers, Pumps etc, on the basis of Heat Load calculations from respective models like Blue Star, Voltas and Carrier.Preparing the Air Distribution System for the complete design.Calculating the Duct Sizing according to the CFM by using McQuay Software.Calculating the Pipe Sizing for the chilled water system according to the GPM.Preparing the Pump Head Calculation for the selection of Pump; .Preparing the Static Pressure Calculation fort the selection of AHU Fan capacity.Incorporating the standards in the Shop Drawings and Sections.Preparing the Schematic drawing for the project HVAC System.Designing Work Ability – Electrical:Maximum demand estimation and deciding voltage level.Short circuit & voltage drop calculation at each level of distribution.Selection of HT/LT switches gear based on breaking, making &short time capacity.Selection of HT/LT cables based on thermal, short circuit & voltage drop based capacity.Preparation GA/sectional drawings, HT & LT switch board and busbar sizing.Design of Earthing & lighting protection system.Design of fire-safety in substation, cable trenches & other parts of electrical system.Preparation of power & control cable schedule
