Recruitment Responsibilities•Interacting with the hiring managers to understand the requirements and develop an action plan. Also help to prepare a Corporate Brief on the client along with the position brief and an outline search strategy.•Gain a clear understanding of the organization and its market position and space. Understand the job & candidate specification and discuss with the team.•Initiate the Candidate Identification process: Mapping Enterprise, Head hunting and CV shifting from existent database.•Responsible for Candidate Evaluation: Telephonic/in-person screening of candidates identified.•Responsible for Candidate Grooming: Provide inputs to short-listed candidates on presentation skills & basic etiquette. Candidate Transition Responsibilities•Responsible for personal data collection of candidates•Candidate brief about the policies of client and Mafoi Randstad and the arrangement of employment with Ma Foi Randstad.•Clarifications concerning salary, insurance coverage and basic statutory compliance•Responsible for maintain MIS of all EWs of AP.Post Transition & Payroll Responsibilities•Responsible for procuring attendance reports from client•Run the payroll & Report Generation.•Responsible for preparing specific reports as agreed with the client•Assistance with necessary reports during inspections•Responsible for Employee Relations with EWs.•Tax Planning Clarifications to EWs•Responsible for Full & Final Settlements•Manage Exit Formalities of EWs

As a Recruiter, identify, screen, evaluate and match qualifies candidates to specific job orders.Accepting requirements from clients starting recruitment process.Coordinating with BD in generating new requirements.Sourcing profiles from different Job Portals like Naukri, Times jobs etc.Managing the resume responses received i.e. sort, quality and short-list resumes.Taking preliminary interviews, short-listing candidates and sending short-listed candidates for further round of interview with client.Manage, maintain and update resume databank.Managing External references, Headhunting and Networking.Sourcing the candidates as per the client requirements.Co-ordinate and schedule final interviews; also provide updates to candidates and management.Follow up with selected candidates till they join the company.Raising recruitment invoices and billing.Maintaining Recruitment Track Records.
