As Sr. Vice President of IKP Knowledge Park and CEO of IKP EDEN, Sridhar works with start-ups and small companies and helps them realize their products and solutions. He is building partnerships to create a vibrant innovation ecosystem.As COO of Jana Care, Sridhar is focused on creating next-generation Point of Care Health platforms connecting Digital Health to real health.As President and CTO of HealthCubed, Sridhar realized the Connected Digital Health vision of the company to ideate, create and develop solutions that can address the health needs of 4 Billion of the world population. From 2013 to 2017, Sridhar was the Site Director of the Bangalore Development Centre of the Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher company. He managed the transition of the site from ReaMetrix India Private Limited and oversaw the scale-up revenue earned by the site by 40 times and the release of 13 new products over a period of 3 years. His contributions were recognized by Beckman Coulter Innovation Award and an Invention Disclosure filed for some of the breakthrough work carried out in this tenure.From 2006 to 2013, Sridhar worked in ReaMetrix in several capacities including product development, operations, and business development. He managed the launch of 8 new CE-IVD products (one US FDA cleared reagent) and contract work with global agencies such as FIND. He also was the lead investigator in the CSIR-NMITLI award for Rs 8 Crores for the development of reagents on a proprietary hardware platform. From 2003 to 2006 Sridhar was a part of Harita Infoserve (A TVS group company), working on Quality, Business Planning (including the development of a 5-year strategic plan), and finally as the HR Head. Sridhar was SPHR certified and led the organization to PCMM-Level 3.At GE JFWTC, Sridhar was one of the first four Six Sigma Black Belts that rolled out Six Sigma. He also set up the Analytical Laboratory for GE Plastics. He then moved on to be the first Black Belt for GE Plastics Sourcing based out of India. He enabled the first sourcing of raw materials for GE Plastics from India.
