Supports the enterprise level customers.Configuration and the maintenance of L2 and L3 switches.Deploying Wi-Fi networks for organizations, using unified switches.Delivering technology training to the new hires.Develop Content using ID Principles (Instructor Guide, Student Guide, Lab Manuals, Presentation and Knowledge Measure) as & when required.Develop & Maintains Knowledge base through floor observation and by simulating problems & adding it to the existing training content.Evaluate trainees during the training and prepare a report based on the evaluation results to be delivered to the Training Manager. Effectively manage the classroom environment in a positive and professional manner. Create curriculum and hands-on learning by utilizing adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.Support the training team with additional training functions as requested.
