The activities include understanding customer's business processes, developing Customer Journey Maps (CJM) and identifying key touch-points. Basis the CJM, I design the other elements of the CEM program; such as feedback questionnaires, survey timing, channels of survey and the choice of respondent. Once the initial design is implemented and stabilized, I assist clients in taking the CEM program to the next level. Typically, I assist them in adding touch points and channels for feedback, design of their loop closure mechanisms, understand outcomes of the CEM program and linking of these outcomes with business performance.
