Operation & storage in the warehouse for the following customer1) Decathlon Sports India Private Ltd 2) Funder Max India Private Ltd3) Global Green Company4) Bajaj Electricals Ltd  Looking after the total operational activities of Warehouse/Purchase/Stores Total Transportation planning Finalizing vendors. Supervise operations to ensure efficiency in all aspects of the customer service delivery cycle. Identify and resolve concerns in warehousing, inventory, delivery, billing, service, pricing or operations by interacting with the concerned department.  Documentation.  Advise clients of the costs of transporting goods and of the arrangements that have been made. Ensure customer satisfaction and implementing quality service standards. Coordinate frontline and backline Customer Service-interacting with customers, liaising with destination agents and coordinating with concerned departments for problem resolution  Act as a frontline interface between the customers, distribution agents & sales & service teams to troubleshoot on unresolved grievances & queries of individual and corporate clients.

 Allocate duties & manage performance of ground level team. Ensure accuracy in processing customer orders, item retrievals & dispatches as per defined process flow & maintain all the records. Conduct physical verification of inventory on weekly & monthly basis & reconciling with systems stocks. Submit periodical reports as per schedule. Plan & Co-ordinate with the transportation, material pick-up and delivery. Update Agrani Software system within prescribed time.

 Execute receipt operation & storage in Warehouse / Stores Ensure accuracy in processing Dealers orders, item retrievals & dispatches as per defined process flow & maintain all the records. Maintain Vehicle In & Out Register as per requirement of ISO Standard Total Transportation planning & Cost analysis.
