Current• Understanding the Customer requirement and configuring the products as per requirement.• SPOC for any configuration / daily day to day tariff changes or new tariff / product configuration in South Circles• Responsible for delivering the data products on demand with error free configuration.• Configuring Data Tariff, MSISDN/IMSI series, RG, APN, SMS Verbiage, Prepaid and Postpaid Data Pack Configuration for all South Circles • Achieving Customer satisfaction & appreciation by Configuring packs with minimal TAT.• Configuring, Testing & Roll out of New Advanced Features in Live Network (Eg: NMNP, Data share, ICR 2G Pull back, Volume and Validity alerts, RED IH Plans, etc..)• Performing an end to end testing for the new Feature.• Knowledge on RECC external nodes connectivity (PCRF, GGSN, IN, UPSS, USSD) and ability to troubleshoot in case of system issues.• Analysis of the TPS Statistics via System Generated Logs and Traces, and Verify the system behavior along with the Call Detail Records.• Providing workaround solutions to the issues proactively to ensure no escalation from customer.• Good at Subscriber Profile Modification via Batch Scripts as per the requirement.• Can prepare the Batch Files and execute depending upon the requirement with the help of Subscriber’s Profile.
