SAM Application:Smart Auto Mapper (SAM) is a pharma domain SaaS application, that automates the ingestion, data mapping and transformation of data for various standards adhered by the client and the governing body. It is basically used for research studies for various use-cases, such as vaccine studies.- Technologies working with on - Python(Flask), PostgreSQL, and AWS.- Architectured and developed the multi-tenant SaaS model for SAM application to provide services to multiple clients.- Optimized the data ingestion performance by 4x times with multi-processing and eliminated the memory overflow with chunking and lazy loading.- Designed and developed a feature for instant downloading of massive data loads via HTTP streaming API with a single button click.- Implemented the scenario based testing with the Behave(Cucumber) framework for fine grained testing for APIs and scripts. - Orchestrated CI test suite, including code formatting checks, Pytest units, and Behave test-cases in Github actions and Jenkins. Also written end to end test-cases and identified edge cases, thereby reducing the bug influx.- Developed private Python package for internal common utils, including optimized bulk inserts, bulk updates, encryption, and decryption, to reuse across multiple repositories and projects.- Hardened the security of the whole application including the web application vulnerabilities such as SQL Injection, CSRF, SSRF, Cookies, etc as well image vulnerabilities.- Designed and developed the Object level authorization for the entire application, granting different levels of access control to various user roles to enhance security.- Implemented caching to improve performance and reduce the database load.- Mentored junior engineers and interns about agile methodologies, OOPs, design patterns, etc.

Scoringengine Project:A realtime micro-service with a map reduce paradigm to transform hefty customer data and feed them into a series of ML models in order to identify the metric scores for that customer. Those metric scores are then used to evaluate the risk of the customer and then the customer would either be eligible for a loan or not.* Technologies used - Python, MapReduce architecture, Serialized ML models (Python/R), MongoDB* Designed and developed in a robust, reusable and extensible manner, which helps further attaching ML models to the application flow and also it can be able to interact with either Python based or R based models.* Collaborated with AWS ML Specialists to get the benefits of Sagemaker, and architectured a new version(v2) of the above micro-service with AWS Sagemaker to optimize the performance by reducing the latency.* Revamped the python batchjobs which had to process all the customer's historic data till current date, to an incremental data processing fashion, by storing metadata daily, and processing only the delta changes that has happened recently.

Payout Gateway:This project involves the development of a payout gateway micro-service that enables the transfer of funds from an organization's bank account to a customer's account. The primary purpose of this micro-service is to facilitate various financial transactions such as providing loans, refunds, and redress refunds.* Infrastructure used - ECS Fargate, RDS, Elasticache, Lambda, Docker and technologies used - Python, MySQL, RabbitMQ* Designed, architectured and developed a fully managed micro-service for payout on AWS with scalability, flexibility, availability, and security.Operations UI:Developed a Django application, to serve as a backend tool for the operations team to address customer concerns, including managing loans, applications, due status, interests, refunds, and other related tasks.* Developed and hosted a Django application in a docker container for handling the customer operations.Refactoring/Bug fixing in LS (Lendingstream web application):* Fixed the technical debts that were built over the years.* Troubleshot and resolved 40 production bugs to improve the quality of the application.* Reduced the error logs from 73k/week to 14k/week by fixing bugs and by making appropriate design level changes.

Loan:A micro-service to handle the short loans that are provided to the customer, it deals with the due dates, ledger, transactions, interests calculations, reminders, payment accounting, etc.* Refactored the legacy code and ugraded to python 3.7 from python 2.x and improved the edge cases in the functionalities. * Developed REST APIs to handle the loan accounting, refunds, etc as a part of the micro-service.* Applied various design patterns, such as Strategy Pattern to make use of various strategies based on the status of the loan.
