• Managed the overall BPO program for one of the largest US Banking customers.• Responsible for managing the overall relationship, New Implementations, Operational escalations, Customer Satisfaction and other Strategic initiatives• Overall BPO engagement grew 200% over 2 yr’s span and expanded into 5+ new lines of business• Implemented several strategic initiatives such as Online Dashboard, Temp staffing, BCP/DR, process improvement & Gain share model, governance structure, Key account management, quality framework across LOB’s• Managing the presentations and Senior Executives visits from both sides• Managing the pipeline and ongoing process transitions, branding, communication

• Primarily responsible for working out new business strategies, new services launching, Sales and transition management• Monitoring the cold calling team and facilitating in launching new calling campaigns• Represent operations during the sales call and help acquire new clients• Overall process migration planning in concurrence with clients and facilitate the training & process implementation through the entire cycle• Preparing detailed process documentation and knowledge base• Preparing Statement of Work that addresses customer expectations, scope of work, communication strategy, pricing, escalations and other terms and conditions• Generating Roadmaps, Status Reports, Production Reports for the top management review meeting and for customers• Involved in Strategic Planning to improve productivity, quality & delivery schedules to meet & enhance customer satisfaction.
