A technologist at heart, Sridhar has more than 23 years of experience in enterprise software architecture and design, web technologies, frameworks, server-side, big data & cloud native concepts, implementation of information systems, and not to mention, managing teams from across the world on diverse projects and at all stages of software development.Sridhar has proven himself as a successful entrepreneur with astute business leadership having built tech companies from the ground up. He founded Burando Technologies in 2016, whose hyperlocal data analytics platform uses big data, predictive analytics, behavioural economics and machine learning to help marketers zero in on what locations to run their individual campaigns for the best results. Its remarkable success caught the eye of Laqshya Media Group which then acquired the company.The accomplishment at Burando was the result of decades of pushing the boundaries of tech and business. Before founding Burando, Sridhar was instrumental in building engineering capabilities at Fastenal Inc and was directly responsible for its eCommerce wing whose revenues increased substantially. The eCommerce architecture and design principles focused on performance capabilities such as searching complex product attributes, etc were key components for handling 6 million SKUs.Having represented his university for 3 years, Sridhar is a big fan of football, playing the game during his spare time when he isn’t deep diving into non-fiction books or catching up with the latest technologies.
