Sandeep has global experience in seeding and scaling early stage businesses. He has over 12 years of experience in emerging consumer markets. He has been with Titan Company Ltd. for 9 years, starting as a Brand Manager and then helped establish the Tanishq business in the US. Post that he has established the Titan brand in other emerging Asian & African markets. In his last role at Titan, he set up and ran a business incubator for Consumer Products, Ignitor Labs. Ignitor is an Intrapreneurship Program, leveraging employee’s entrepreneurial energies and passion to help seed new business opportunities for Titan. Design Thinking principles, Lean Startup Methodology and a Startup Culture was crucial to the success of establishing Ignitor Labs.His work across new business ventures has helped him develop competencies to succeed in often complex and uncertain business scenarios. He is very passionate and excited about the confluence of business, brands, technology and media and the innovative opportunities that it offers.
