V Sridhar is a Human Resource Professional with over two decades’ experience in Industry and in Consulting. Sridhar started his career in Corporate HR role with Blow Plast Ltd., a FMCG Company based out of Mumbai in their Coprorate Office and joined Wipro in their Information Technology Group after 7.5 years. While at Wipro for 7.5 years, Sridhar held Regional, Divisional and Corporate HR responsibility in the Information Technology Group and Wipro Corporate. During the dot-com boom, Sridhar quit Wipro to establish his own consulting and training organization and had a successful practice for about 5 years, which included stints with a software house focused on dotcoms and a telecom product software company besides being a retainer with Wipro Corporation. He re-joined industry as Head – Human Resources with iGate Global and was Head - Human Resources at Mascon Global Ltd. till Dec-05. Sridhar specializes in Organization Strategy, Organization Development and Organizational Behaviour, apart from Personal Effectiveness and Group Dynamics. He integrates the Outward Bound, Open Space Technology, T-Group Methodologies besides Psychometric Instruments in his Training and Development Interventions with individuals and organizations. Sridhar along with his wife Chitra has set up the Renga Foundation for Human Development in Jan-06 with a vision of co-creating a “World Worthy of Human Aspirations”. Chitra, being a Process Consultant, Teacher and Educationist, runs Renga Montessori, a pre-school environment based on Maria Montessori’s methodology.
