This initially involved developing a new global profitability model that accounted for previously un-allocated corporate and regional costs (~$40mm).- Evaluated, proposed and tracked restructuring related initiatives that reduced the firm OpEx by nearly 16%.- Quantified and “red-flagged” performance metrics vis-à-vis a quarterly KPI report.
