▪ Interviews and elaboration of candidates reports;
▪ Direct search of candidates in databases and social networks;
▪ Curricular Screening;
▪ Search for new recruitment sources;
Complete Cycle of Sourcing and Incorporation of IT, TELCO, Oil & Gas, Engineering profiles
. Define the Recruitment strategy
Headhunting
Pre-Selection and Selection Process: Analysis and Development of Jobs Descriptions, Job postings and Job Offers, Sourcing, Screening, Assessment. Selection by competitions. Face to face interviews, by Skype or Zoom
Negotiation of salaries packages.

Performed Full Life-Cycle recruiting. Contact, posting or head hunting for several customers.Identified candidates. Interviewed candidates. Coordinated technical InterviewsVerified candidate’s references. Negotiated and made salary offers. Closed selection processes.

Performed Full Life-Cycle recruiting. Identifying candidates, utilized networking, direct sourcing, employee referrals, and Internet recruiting, closed candidates, verified candidate’s references and coordinated technical reviews. Sourcing, cold calling to identify candidates and clients.Support in Hard HR subjects.
