Performance experience includes major arts festivals in Baltimore and D.C., the Kennedy Center's Millennium Stage, the Mansion at Strathmore, Blues Alley, Twins Jazz, Bohemian Caverns, the Bossa Bistro & Lounge, and NPR. In 2005, I performed on, co-produced and financed the recording and release of "One and One Makes One," an album by The Duology Band. I released my first album as a bandleader, "The Fourth Stream," in May 2016. The Washington City Paper named The Fourth Stream a local jazz "Recording of the Year" for 2016.

This research included analyzing the quality of relevant environmental data present in nation wide data systems and culminated with my co-authoring chapters of a report commissioned by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

As a Staff Attorney, I drafted initial decisions and orders on cases involving the Clean Water Act, Toxic Substances Control Act and the Clean Air Act, as well as default judgments in cases before the Patent and Trademark Office. Other non-EPA activity included researching and drafting legal memoranda on issues in a case before the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight and in cases before the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

In my capacity as Staff Scientist, I led a fact finding mission to the former Yugoslavia and was principal author of a report on the environmental effects of chemical plant bombings from 1999’s Operation Allied Force. I also co-authored and/or acted as research assistant on various projects including reports on water and soil pollution at nuclear weapons production facilities, energy policy in the United States and France, and the global economy. I also taught instructional sessions at annual technical training workshops for environmental activists.
