-Preparing PPAP documentation for automotive customers including Dimensional report, FMEA, -Corrective action, IMDS and PSW documents based on operation involved (slitting, die cutting, perforation and lamination).-Conducting 5S Audits on a monthly basis to rate and suggest some shop floor maintenance techniques with regards to ISO 9001:2015.-Handling customer complaints and queries by providing them with adequate corrective action through CAPA reports.-Processing non-conformances on EPICOR software to retrieve the cost of scrap based on which deciding to eliminate or record an NCR on a stand alone portal (Dynamics 360).-Conducting NCR meetings to discuss the NCRs and quality issues with the Production leads to find a definitive solution.-Facilitating the returning material from a customer if there is a defect by issuing an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) document to analyse the product defect.-Guiding and instructing the Quality Control team to conduct Internal audits to improve the production efficiency based on the audit feedbacks.-Receiving Credit Memos from the supplier for a defective raw material by explaining defect over the complaint form thereby saving the investment on the material. -Assisting the supply chain team to generate OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) reports by sending them a record NCRs from customers on a biweekly basis.-Involved in various process improvement projects to improve the production efficiency of complex die cuts and slits.
