Following this, I have a robust academic foundation with a PhD in Strategic CSR and Rural Development from Visva-Bharati (A Central University and an Institution of National Importance), Santiniketan, and a PGDM in Rural Management from XISS Ranchi. My academic pursuits have equipped me with in-depth knowledge of CSR principles, and rural management strategies, essential for devising and implementing effective CSR and ESG strategies.2. Proven Research and Analytical Skills:Throughout my academic career, I have presented over 12 papers at national and international conferences and contributed over 40 articles to various publications. My research on strategic CSR, responsible businesses, and development economics showcases my ability to analyze complex issues and develop evidence-based solutions, a critical skill for CSR roles.3. Diverse Professional Experience:My journey includes roles as a Visiting Researcher at the Indian Social Institute, Assistant CSR Manager with Aditya Birla Group, and Manager at Humana People to People India.
