With over 22 years of diverse QA experience, I have successfully managed and executed numerous large-scale testing projects for global clients in Banking and Insurance. My expertise spans Test Automation, Agile Testing, data migration testing, Performance Testing and setting up TCoE and testing practice(s). This is complemented by a strong foundation in manual testing, requirement analysis and project management mostly in BFSI domain. Working with some great teams globally has helped me learn and focus on my current strategic initiatives in test automation and performance testing, ensuring robust solutions that help meet client objectives.The most I have enjoyed, is my role in designing, developing and implementing automation frameworks like ARTEMIS and contributing towards test automation tool development. I have also enjoyed training teams in test automation, providing pre-sales support and learning a lot in return.Currently back to basics with learning AI and its implementation in software testing.
