Establishing a Programme Management Unit (PMU) for supporting Bihar State Sports Authority (BSSA) in Planning & Development of Sports in Bihar.

Design and Implementation of NCSSR project of Sports Authority of India (SAI):1. Performed Leading Practice Study of international sports science and medicine institutes (5 institutes) to identify best practices for adoption while establishing the first ever national sports science and research institute for India.2. Developed Operating Model for institute including identification of department and manpower, process workflows, partnerships & linkages, marketing strategy and service delivery framework in collaboration with key stakeholders.3. Assisted in designing infrastructure plan and identifying list of equipment under guidance of international sports science expert.4. Support w.r.t development of financial plan and sustainability model for NCSSR.5. Support w.r.t conceptualization of digital portal for data management and administration of NCSSR.6. Prepared comprehensive DPR for establishment of institute.

Entrusted with the task of Football Development in Kerala by AIFF as part of FIFA Forward Program with the main focus areas being Grassroots Development, Youth Development, Coach Education, Women's Football, Leagues & Club Licensing.

Entrusted with the responsibility of developing, managing & monitoring projects in consultation with Kerala Football Association (KFA) by providing strong day-to-day leadership presence for administrative functions.

Worked as Venue Team Services Officer (VTSO) at Kochi in the FIFA Local Organizing Committee during FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017. Worked with various departments at the venue to deliver top class services for the participating teams which included Brazil, DPR Korea, Germany & Spain.

Entrusted with the responsibility of heading Just Play, a flagship program of Oceania Football Confederation & Australian Government, in Kerala which aims to impart social messages to children through football.

Was involved in a plethora of projects/programs as Junior Project Manager within EY GDN, Trivandrum for over two years & EY LLP, Riyadh for two months.

Worked as a marketer for King Henry VIII School which is one of the top independent schools in West Midlands, UK. The marketing project offered by King Henry VIII School was targeted at finding new catchment areas for the school outside Coventry and its vicinage.

1. Served as a part-time ‘Telethon Campaign Caller’ for the DLHE (Destination of Leavers from Higher Education) survey carried out by Coventry University in 2011-12.2. The DLHE statistical survey is conducted by the UK’s Higher Education Statistics Agency or HESA which plays an important role in determining the overall rankingof Coventry University in the league tables of British Universities.

1. Served as Telecom Maintenance Engineer in ITI LTD, Chennai for two years repairing faults and conducting maintenance related functions for BSNL (Stateowned telecommunications company) exchanges.2. Handled installation, commissioning and maintenance of OCB-283 switches which are used for routing telephone calls in BSNL and MTNL exchanges throughout India.3. Conducted training sessions and mentored a team dedicated to the implementation of OCB technology in BSNL exchanges in Chennai.
