1. Establishing the L&D process of the company, thus encouraging knowledge sharing through Instruction based & e-learning 2. Performing Training Need Analysis (TNA), with the objective of:- Identifying Skill gaps- Identifying the exact needs of training- Identifying the subject matter experts (SME’s)3. Planning Training Objectives & Strategies based on Key Performance Indicators and business needs. 4. Training of the SME's through Train-the-Trainer Program, enabling creation of pool of trainers for induction & enabling sharing of inter Business Unit trainings.5. Responsible for Training Module Content Development 6. Creating models for assessing the Impact/ROI of the trainings 7. Launching & maintenance of Learning Management System (LMS) for encouraging e-learning within the company.8. Formulating and Publishing of Yearly & Monthly Training Calendar9. Preparation of Induction framework creating an effective induction program for new joiners, at par with en world Japan (our parent company)10. Facilitating and conducting training to all level employees (Including Leadership Level) in the company11. Conducting and Facilitating of monthly Induction Program.12. Conducting TTT, Leadership, CRM, Soft Skill & Process Trainings across branches in India.13. Introduction of Micro-Learning/bit sized learning Platform for certain trainings.

1. New Product Research: Research on new financial products that can add value to the existing line of business. Responsibilities include:a. Documentation of the research concept which includes market survey, recommendation of a proposed process and presentation of the same to the top management.b. Requirement gathering by coordinating and communicating with US & Software team for the new projects, and coordinating with the development team for establishment of the systems for the new process.c. Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of upgraded applications right from designing, executing test cases, documenting and resolving the errors for final sign off which leads to effective establishment of the new products in the company.2. Process Audits, Enhancements and Automations: a. Internal auditing of existing processes and providing solutions for enhancements/automations as and where required. b. Coordinating and communicating with the software department to ensure the systems are upgraded with the suggested enhancements/automations well within a targeted time frame. c. Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the upgraded applications.3. Member of the interview panel responsible for selecting associates for different positions across the projects in the organization.4. Production Support – Provide support in the daily processing at peak days (days when the workload is higher than expected).5. Report Generation: Generating adhoc reports required by the management6. Experienced in handling a team of associates7. Providing Process & Soft Skilled based trainings & Evaluating the trainings.
