End to End project implementation and project management. Scheduling/Planning of Training of Trainers/Master Trainer programs. Preparing process manuals, conducting orientation workshops for smooth implementation of the project. Facilitation in candidate enrolment, portal operations, project onboarding, etc. Monitoring of training and assessment for quality implementation. Key contact person for implementation partners to ensure timely target completion. Handling all grievances related to projects. Liaison with Govt stakeholders for project related concerns.

Identifying and meeting with business/industry partners for various skilling/CSR projects.• Real time monitoring of Training programs, assessment & evaluation as per the defined process to adhere to the transparency of the project. • Key role in consulting/delivering training programs and management of their documentation linked with 50+ Industry/Training partners. • Marketing of govt./industry led courses using digital marketing. • Organizing meetings/webinars with the stakeholders/Industries for promotion of various industry led courses. • Leading the end to end project cycle, from onboarding to project completion report. • Well versed with operations of all online skilling platforms/portals. • Regular and effective communication with stakeholders for resolution of queries and long-term relationships.• Key role in defining/updating the Accreditation and Affiliation process of Training Partners/centers through the Skill India portal.• Engrossed in filling and submitting the Proposals for State/Central Govt, Paid Programs, CSR projects, and industry tie-ups for the same. • Promotion of the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS).
