Accretion control in kilns to enhance campaign life from 60 days to 90 days (Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys (P) Ltd) (Consultancy project of IIT Bhubaneswar) - Conduct data analysis to find the parameter that affects the quality of the sponge iron and developed the linear regression model for the prediction of the quality prediction and control- Developed an Accretion tracker to track the accretion around the rotary kiln using - Currently working on developing an accretion control model to control the accretion which will increase kiln campaign life.Development of a static model for Tata steel BOF- Conduct data analysis to find the hidden relationship between different parameters of BOF.- Development & Implementing of different models, linear and nonlinear models like One step ahead adoptive (OSAA), Grey model (GM), ANN, RNN, LSTM, ARIMA, ELM, and SVR. , 0-1 test for chaos testing, Model to calculate Embedded dimension & time delay via symbolic dynamic using Python and Matlab.Development of process tracking & control of the dynamic system. - Conduct data analysis of BOF & rotary kiln data to understand the process behavior, analyze the chaotic nature of the dataset and apply different linear & non-linear statistical models to find the best model for the prediction. The process developed is data source independent and can give the base for further analysis or modeling.
