Insurance Operations Manager
CurrentRoles & Responsibilities: General Insurance & Life Insurance1. Understanding the nature of clients' businesses. Assessing insurance needs and risk profiles; building relationships with clients, interacting with insurance Companies; negotiating with underwriters to find the most suitable cover at the best price.2. Managing Team and ensuring Monthly declarations to insurance co and endorsements are in place.3. Handing the Corporate insurance portfolio and risk management.4. Complete knowledge of CGL/ Crime Policy, Fidelity, Workmen’s compensation, GTL, EDLI, Group Medical, Personal Accidental Policy, D& O, Special Contingency, All Risk Policy, Money Policy, FLOP, Business interruption.5. Vetting insurance clauses for the same.6. Oversee the premium calculations and manage the CD balance.7. Accounting entries and maintaining Prepaid insurance schedule.8. Handling client queries and co-ordinate with TPAs to ensure timely health cards are issued.9. Handling internal Audit/ Statutory Audits for insurance. 10. Keep TAB on the latest Gazette notifications to adhere to ELDI and WC policies.11. Knowledge of GST.
