Worked with 30 Masters project teams to help implement and deliver the projects smoothly by evaluating the complex decision making and detailed research techniques, tools and methodologies that students use to execute and/or develop solutions to clients problems. Evaluated student assessment to conduct research to explore the problem domain in the given projects and to investigate how similar problems were dealt in the literature. DigiMedChart an entity of Torrens Health is a South Australian owned and operated national health care and health support services company. Digi Med Group in partnership with Torrens Health provides national and international professional health care and health support service in high-risk, time-sensitive and complex environments.During the term with DigiMedChart I worked on three projects, TorrensCare(Tele-health project), DigiMedChart(Medication management system for Aged Care and Nursing Homes) and Medic-Care (247 AgedcareGP After Hours Locum Service). During the course of the projects, I have developed proposals and strategies for software design by providing advice, direction and instructions in financial evaluation and costing for software purchase and operational procedure. I have also analysed business requirements by gathering information from key users and stakeholders. I am also responsible for ensuring technical parameters and system designs are as per the quality authorised standards. Performed studies on competition to find new ways to retain customers. Acted as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate. Also responsible for implementing best Agile practices. Red Rooster is an Australian fast food restaurant that specialises in roast chicken with 360 branches across Australia.During my Master degree education I had an opportunity to work(Part-Time) closely with Business Owners and help business owners understand the value of technology in day-day business operations. The biggest challenges business owners facing are inventory management and controlling food waste. With my past experience I have implemented the Machine learning concept to overcome these challenges.Some of the key business model implemented are Implementation of ERP concept, implementing new marketing strategies to reach maximum customers and also implementing Agile and Scrum principles for business operations.

Clients include over 10 of the Fortune 500 global Corporations.During the term with Abstract Technologies, I worked on India's biggest, Aadhaar Project (Unique Identification Authority of India). During the course of the project, I had an opportunity to Design, develop, manage and enhance various modules. Written Apache PIG scripts to process the HDFS data, Created Hive tables to store the processed results in a tabular format and developed the UNIX shell scripts for creating the reports from HIVE data.
