Currently I am undergoing Technical Writing Course in Winprotech IT solutions.I have learnt various aspects and basic process of Technical writing.I have learnt and various aspects of how to create User manuals, Installation guides, admin guides, Training manuals, Trouble shooting manuals.I have learnt various authoring and publishing tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Robo Help, Adobe Frame Maker, Arbor text Editor.I have learnt various image capturing tools such as Snag IT, Adobe Photoshop.
