Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for Project definition, process management, documentation and resource allocation. Responsible for overseeing the review, initiation and execution of contracts. Development & Follow-up of Project Schedules for Installation, Material procurement, Coordination, manpower requirements. Schedules for Overall Project (Macro & Micro Scheduling, Tracking) using - MS PROJECTS,  Planning/Executing projects from conception, pre-production through to completion for Procurement, Installation, commissioning, testing of industrial and commercial electrical equipment’s and accessories (Commercial and Industrial electrification). Review and check all assigned project electrical installation drawings/Specifications for compliance with all company and project instructions of technical vendor submittals for installation requirements. Develop technical bid tabulation to support the selection of major electrical equipment Review and checking of technical vendor submittals for installation requirements.  Billing and financial management, material tracking, project forecasting in terms of Tenure and cost.  Reporting project progress to senior management. Managing project budgets and keeping costs down. Identifying project risks and planning with appropriate people to resolve them. Providing technical support to the project team. Producing Test Plans and reports.  Prepare variation documentation for procurement services and materials. Evaluating tenders and providing recommendations.  Carrying out effective client liaison for all projects undertaken, handing over procedures for the end client on completion of project.
