Graduated from Bangalore university in Bachelors in Computer applications.Joined Cognizant as a process executive for US mortgage, worked and excelled in the role and was moved to a more exclusive delinquent cases where Tax sale would happen. worked for 1 year 2 months for the same process.Moved to Dell technologies as a technical support representative for Dell US consumer segment.Had to resolve customers issues with the Dell systems within the given SLA.Excelled the same with Customer experience with 98% for all the 8 quarters.Moved to Dell enterprise for Dell order management for ANZ region. Where i have to provide a complete End to End experience to our Dell Customer which included Consumer customer, SMB and Larger enterprise customers.Worked with the Channel partners of ANZ clients Like Dickerdata, Ingram Micro and Tech Data to understand the requirement and provide them the right resolution.Excelled in this with a Customer experience above the required business target of 85%.Won Inspire awards in multiple occasions for performance.Worked in the same enterprise process supporting Australia and New Zealand for 4 years.
