Conducting vendor Audits for the Spencer’s private label products monitoring the GMP&GHP at vendor packed area.❖ Responsible to receive the daily receipts from the Suppliers, Farmers by ensuring Quality in Coordination with Procurement, Commercial & Quality teams❖ Responsible to process the Raw Fruits & vegetables by effective & efficient utilization of available resources like grading machines, Ripening chambers and Packing Machines at pack house.❖ Responsible to effective & efficient utilization of Cold storage Units & Ripening Chambers from time to time. ❖ Responsible to maintain SKU – wise quantity processed, Quantity rejected and grade – wise quantity sorted as per the indent and consolidate report to be submit to concern Manager – Operations from time to time. ❖ Responsible for effective weighing, packing the processed F & V as per the indented Quantity within the schedule time.❖ Responsible to dispatch the finished goods to the DC and commercial sales against the indent by organizing proper transportation. ❖ Responsible to maintain dispatch record of Quantity delivered to the DC and Commercial sales on day to day basis and reconsolidation of the same on monthly.❖ Responsible to storage the hold – on F&V in good hygiene conditions❖ Responsible to avoid or minimize Operational losses during processing i.e. dump, grade conversion and grading of F&V within the pack – house. ❖ Responsible to track record of the Operational losses and make necessary arrangement to disposal from time to time. ❖ Responsible to supervise & maintain the daily stocks in good and hygiene conditions from time to time❖ Responsible to track record of the daily stocks by arranging bin cards and labels on day-to-day basis.
