Preparation of detailed MIS including division-wise performance, key metrics & providing key and concise inputs/ action items to the Business team Managing Secretarial compliances (Board Agenda, Minutes, ROC filing etc.)Managing reviewing & negotiation of Contractual terms with Customers Have handled the following roles previously. Finalisation of accounts (including consolidated Financials) under Indian GAAP Managing Internal & Statutory Audits.Revenue recognition / assurance and controlling Revenue leakage.Managing statutory compliances (including TDS, GST, FEMA etc.) and GST refund collection...Preparation of detailed Business plans at division and function level Forex management (Forward contracts, Options and futures & related compliance)Procuring liability policies as required.
