- Responsible to establish contact with the potential clients and maintain client relationship- to establish and develop regional offices in Southern part of India to cater to the requirements of Power Industry with STEAG services/products - Project Manager and Project-in Charge for green field power projects - Conduct technical due diligence and report to management for minor asset investment - Follow-up and monitoring of key power project where STEAG has ownership - market for effective project management and provide project management consultancy services for power projects. presently involved in project management services for 2 x 800 MW super critical thermal power project coming up in Karnataka- Technical support to O&M group- Engineering / technical support to engineering group on as required basis on various projects- As project manager, has ensured timely completion of Shree Cement 2 x 150 MW Pet coke/coal based thermal power project. The first unit was synchronized with the grid in 21 months 20 days time, which is considered to be a milestone achievement in this category.- Project development activities- Solar Biomass Hybrid project conceptualization and realization- Undertaken technical due diligence of biomass based power plants and gas based steam power plants and simple cycle power plant for acquisitions/investment for potential clients- Responsible to form strategic alliance with like minded business organization for association to execute bigger capacity power projects- Associated with the daughter company for effective coal ash utilization - Preparation of business proposals for national and international consultancy job assignment- Identification and risk evaluation of power project for consulting services- Task manager in providing the work flow diagrams, conceptualization, guidance and implementation of project control documentation process through WRENCH Software.
