Our unwavering focus remains on delivering optimal solutions that yield maximum value from their by-products.We maintain a technology and process-neutral approach, welcoming innovative ideas from various origins. To support this pursuit, we are diligently establishing an extensive network involving diverse entities within this domain. This network encompasses experts in steel manufacturing, blast furnace and sinter plant operations, binder suppliers, equipment providers, freelance consultants, individuals from R&D backgrounds, esteemed professors from reputable educational institutions, sustainability experts, and more. Working as GM, Business Development for Harsco India (P) Ltd which is a fully owned subsidiary of Harsco Environmental, PA, USA which is the leading services provider of onsite process by-product & waste stream management and environmental services to the global metals industry, with operations at over 130 customer sites across more than 32 countries in 6 continents. Leading business development initiatives to ensure business growth in-line with Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) and sustain Harsco’s position as the leading Environmental service provider in Indian Steel Industry. Responsible for developing business cases including Technical Proposals, Value proposition and Commercial Models for all of the services offered by Harsco Environmental in India Commercial and Contract management Strategic long term Customer relationships To secure long term O&M, BOO / BOOT contracts in line with our short-term Annual business plan and to nurture an opportunity pipeline in line with our medium to long range business plan  Cross sell add-on services to existing customers for maximise utilisation of resources on site as well as to offset the detrimental effect of Y-o-Y inflation Co-ordinate and liaise with various Governmental agencies to secure necessary approvals Develop partnerships with strategic vendors whose values are aligned with Harsco’s values Work in close co-ordination with i) Regional Office – Dubai ii) Global Engineering office - London and iii) Corporate office –Pennsylvania, USA for securing necessary approvals / information for submitting the bids
