• Impacting close to 600 kids and 1000 families throughout my fellowship.• Phenomenal progress in academics with a growth of 3 years achieved during my fellowship with the highest percent of math scores in the city.• Co-Founded Parwaaz, an event aimed towards the holistic development of kids. Around 750 students across 3 schools compete in various competitions. Have successfully completed 3 editions of it in the course of one year.• Have been the driver of change in the struggling socio-economic conditions of the community which lives in strong prejudices and rigid religious mindsets through self-initiated projects like NAT Geo Wall and Planet Earth’s Planeteers which aim to improve the access and exposure of the students.• Have enabled close to 100 students to take part in various events across the city like Dramebaaz, Artful Thinking, Halla Bol, Need For Sports, Lanturn, ISB’s Bandhan, AIESEC’s Balakalakaar, etc. to drive the vision of excellent education. Many of the students taking part in these events have won the competitions and have even been featured in the Deccan Chronicle newspaper and presented their artworks in the State Gallery’s Art Exhibition.
