Leading the credit control function for India at Praxair. Responsible for setting up SOP’s, AR and Credit Limit reviews, Adhoc management reporting requirements etc., in addition to leading the South Finance Team

Liaising with the Senior Manager, Partner, Financial Reporting Group, EY Risk and Audit Quality members to ensure timely completion of assignments as per agreed timelines

Internal process reviews, risk based audits, Special assignments like the IPO scam investigation, Technical Accounting guidance, Sox testing etc.,

Work scope included performing audits under US and Indian GAAP. Audits of a wide variety of industries including Steel, Back office operations, Auto Ancillary manufacturer, Software service providers, Car manufacturers, NGO’s etc.,

Audit team member of companies listed on the Indian Stock Exchanges. Work scope included performing audits under Indian GAAP, Quarterly / Half yearly limited review of listed companies, tax audits
