Varroc Elastomers is a joint venture between Varroc Group and my family. We are into design and manufacturing of rubber and metal bonded parts for automotive applications..

I head the operation of varroc Elastomers. In my role I am responsible for stream lining material flow, reducing inventory, improving process capability by removing bottle necks, reducing material wastage, reducing rejection from customers end i.e. by improving our inspection process and improve our man and machine per hour output. I am presently trying to get my organization into TPM and 5S culture. Apart from operations I am also looking into business expansion.

Was part of a team that developed/handled application in Dotnet2.0 Architecture (C# Language) for a major US Chemical Manufacturing Company and my role primarily involves developing business logic using C# language.I am involved in gathering requirements from clients, making estimates and ensuring that the project adheres to the specified timelines.

Project Description: Was part of a team that was involved in streamlining processes in Manufacturing Industries. The team basically focused on automotive and automotive components manufactures i.e. OEM. During the seven odd month’s association, I had an opportunity to interact with some of the major automotive manufactures in India. Role and Responsibilities• Was involved in doing causal analysis of rejection and production losses.• Was involved in shop floor layout optimization to ensure proper material flow and avoiding bottle necks in production line.• Was involved in automation of manual processes in some of client’s manufacturing sites.
